We tend to wire new builds in three stages:
1st Fix - Takes between 1-2 days (depending on the size and specification of the property). This is when all accessory boxes are installed (if required) and wiring is run around the house to all locations before the walls are plastered/dry lined.
2nd Fix - Takes 1-2 days (depending on the size and specification of the property). Carried out after the plastering is complete and ideally after the painters mist coat has been completed.
Final & Test - Takes 1 day (depending on the size and specification of the property) - Carried out after the painters have finished. Any final accessories are installed, heating controls connected and full test and inspection is carried out.

A full new build rewire would start from as little as £2000+VAT - However it would be best for us to come out and have a look in order to discuss your requirements and give you an accurate (free) quote.
